We Need YOUR Help To Save The Spycops Inquiry
The Public Inquiry into Undercover Policing is currently under threat! Join the fight for justice for Spycops’ survivors!
- INSTEAD TAKE ACTION USING OUR CAMPAIGN TOOLS BELOW
Make your voice heard without playing into their rigged process. If you are a core participant in the inquiry or somebody with direct experience or interest in the matters being investigated by the inquiry, we encourage you to send your own detailed personal response, otherwise use our standard campaign letter below.
Action 1: Join the campaign
Send a copy of our campaign letter to the Home Office to support our campaign demands and reject any wind-down or dilution of the Inquiry’s original Terms of Reference. Ignore the Home Office trying to get you to use their rigged questionnaire.
Action 2: Lobby Your MP
Ask your MP to attend the survivor-led parliamentary briefing in Portcullis House and to table questions in the House of Commons. We need the Home Office to understand they will counter significant challenge if they try to shut down the Inquiry.
Why We Must Fight Now
The Inquiry has already uncovered evidence of serious and widespread misconduct, abuse, and criminality in undercover policing, but there is still a lot of important work to do.
Some of the most egregious behaviour in undercover policing is yet to emerge, committed by officers operating under the training regimes and statutory regulations that are supposed to protect the public today.
