Our Demands

  • No Vested Interests: That the Home Office does not bow to obvious vested interests wanting to shut down this Inquiry.
  • Listen to Survivors: That they listen to the survivors of SpyCops & withdraw their sham consultation.
  • Full Funding: That the Inquiry is fully funded to fulfil its Terms of Reference as planned, including Tranches 4 & 5, & Module 3.
  • New Leadership: That an expert panel and a new Chair are urgently appointed to complete the work of the Inquiry.
  • Openness & Candour: That steps are taken to ensure candour and openness from the state parties under investigation. There must be a clear process to ensure prompt disclosure of evidence to core participants, to prevent the excessive secrecy and deliberate delays by the state that have plagued the Inquiry to date.
